Thank you for shopping with us!

We specialise in custom-printed photographic products and made-to-order gift items. Because all products are created specifically for each order, shipping timeframes differ slightly from standard retail stores.

Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All of our products are made to order.

Processing times begin once payment is received and any required photos have been successfully uploaded and approved.

  • Photographic Prints (customer-uploaded images):

    Processing time is typically 3–7 business days

  • Print on Demand Gift Products (apparel, drinkware, accessories, etc.):

    Processing time is typically 3–10 business days

During peak periods (school photo weeks, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated shipping times are:

  • Australia: 2–8 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, or peak seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Order size

  • Delivery location

Some orders may ship in separate packages if they are produced by different print partners. If this occurs, you will not be charged extra shipping beyond what is shown at checkout.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses

  • Orders returned to sender due to incomplete delivery details

If an order needs to be resent due to address errors, additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage (if applicable)

We will work with our production partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
